The countdown is on...only eight more sleeps to go, and ever so much stuff to get organised - not least of all this blog set up. While Col has already packed his bag twice and is doing a practice drive to Sydney, I am still gazing in disbelief at my 'To Do' list whilst tightly clutching a glass of wine. (Just a thought... do they have wine in Ethiopia? Why have I not asked this question already?)

The flights are organised, the limo to the airport sorted and housesitters prepped - just one or two small issues, like packing, haircut, shopping, finishing a few work bibs and bobs, working out how to use the new camera etc.... not much really - it will be a doddle, she said.
